Ingredients to make Zero Oil Stuffed Eggs

  • For the stuffing:
  • 1 cup boneless chicken cube
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp or as per taste
  • 6 boiled eggs, halved

How to make Zero Oil Stuffed Eggs

  1. Boil chicken with minimum water and salt.
  2. Once boiled, drain and put in mixer jar along with onion, chili, black pepper and mix till everything is well incorporated.
  3. Take out the yolks from the halved eggs and stuff with the mixture.

My Tip:

1. The chicken stock is ideal for soup. 2. The stuffing stays good in fridge up to 3 days. 3. If possible, add whole 4/5 whole pepper corns instead of powder as the taste will be better.
