No cook Biscuit Brownie

Ingredients to make No cook Biscuit Brownie

  • Any biscuits 20-25, I have used nice biscuits
  • Condensed milk 1/2 can
  • sugar 4 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 3 tsp
  • Chocolate spread 3 tbsp optional
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • walnuts roasted 1/4 cup
  • For chocolate glaze :
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate spread 1 tbsp
  • Cooking chocolate 4 small squares
  • Cocoa powder 1-2 tsp
  • Vanilla ice cream for garnishing
  • Chocolate syrup for garnishing

How to make No cook Biscuit Brownie

  1. Grind biscuits to a fine powder.
  2. Now take a bowl, add sugar, biscuit powder condensed milk, walnuts and milk.
  3. Mix properly.
  4. It will be little tough to mix, take a sturdy spoon and mix.
  5. If it is dry mix some more milk.
  6. Once you have finished the mixing part, take a square shape tray.
  7. Grease it with butter.
  8. Pour the mixture in it.
  9. Press with your palms.
  10. Freeze it for 6 hrs or more for a good shape.
  11. For chocolate glaze mix heat milk, cooking chocolate, chocolate spread.
  12. Add cocoa powder too.
  13. Stir for 5-6 mins.
  14. Once cooled down pour it over the brownie mixture.
  15. Serve with cold ice cream and chocolate syrup.

On internet I have seen that if we do not able to add condensed milk so can we put 1 cup milk???
