About No Cook Biscuit Swiss Rolls.... Recipe

A 3 ingredient magic that makes you all fall in love with it. It can be a best dessert for kids party or even a tea-time or a kitty party. Tastes so delish and can be made in a jiffy too. You can play around it with your favourite spreads instead of fresh cream. You can use jam, dry coconut powder or cream cheese. Let your imagination run wild and create your very own unique rolls just as i did. Happy No Cooking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No Cook Biscuit Swiss Rolls....

Ingredients to make No Cook Biscuit Swiss Rolls....

  • Parle-G biscuit packs 2
  • Warm Milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 2 tbsp (if needed, i did not add any)

How to make No Cook Biscuit Swiss Rolls....

  1. Powder the biscuits to a fine texture.
  2. Add warm milk and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Using a plastic sheet, roll it into a rectangular shape.
  4. Place generous amount of fresh cream on it.
  5. Start folding it into a log from the top side all the way to the bottom along with the sheet.
  6. Refrigerate it for an hour.
  7. After done, cut into 1-2 inch thick rolls as desired.
  8. Serve immediately with hot chocolate.
  9. These taste so yum with just 3 ingredients. Nothing more ! Nothing less !
