Ingredients to make Savoury corn pancake.

  • 1)corn flour 3/4 cup
  • maida 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • 2) butter 1tsp
  • 3)red capsicum 1tbsp,chopped
  • green capsicum 1 tbsp,chopped
  • spring onion 2 tbsp,chopped
  • 4)sweet corn,1 cup,cooked
  • 5)thick curd 3/4 cup
  • 6)salt

How to make Savoury corn pancake.

  1. Mix all 1st ingredients well.
  2. Heat butter in a pan,add 3rd ingredients and fry well.when it s soft,add cooked corn,mix well. Remove from fire.
  3. Put all flours in a bowl and mix curd and salt.stir well,without any lumps in to this mixture,add corn mixture,stir well.
  4. Take a non stick pan,brush some butter,pour 1/2 cup or a little less,batter. Cook both sides. Repeat the same process with the rest of the batter.
  5. Serve hot with,grated cheese or mint chutney.

Make at any size,big or small.
