  • Almond flour(finely ground)- 50gms
  • butter - 50gms

How to make Baked Chocolate Pudding

  1. Melt 125 gm chocolate with coffee liquor.Mix well.Pour into ice moulds and freeze
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar till frothy.Melt the remaining chocolate with butter in double boiler, cool and mix with the egg batter.
  3. Add the rice flour and almond flour and fold in well. Finally add vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Grease ramekin moulds. Pour a little of the flour mix ,press a single frozen coffee chocolate cube into the centre, cover with some more flour mixture.
  5. Similarly fill all moulds.Bake in a pre heated oven@ 180 deg.for 20 mins.

My Tip:

I was a bit dissappointed as my central chocolate coffee mix didn't ooze out as shown in the cookbook but i tried my level best to do full justice to the recipe.May be the coffee chocolate mix could hv been lil more watery.
