Ingredients to make Bread rasmalai

  • Milk 500 ml
  • Bread 4 slices
  • saffron few strands
  • sugar 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  • Chopped cashew 1 tbsp

How to make Bread rasmalai

  1. Boil milk till reduced to half .add sugar,saffron mix them and boil for few more min.
  2. Take bread slices and cut then in to round shape .
  3. Place the bread pieces in a bowl and pour the cold milk mixture over it or you can place bread slices in milk mixture.
  4. Garnish with chopped cashew and almonds .
  5. Bread rasmalai is ready.
