ABOUT Strawberry coconut fudge RECIPE

This is one of my innovations, as i mixed in the coconut with strawberry to give a delicious fudge.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 3/4 CUP SUGAR
  3. ¼ CUP MAVA
  4. 1 CUP COCONUT (DESICCATED
  5. 4 TO 5 STRAWBERRY WASH AND MAKE PLUP IN MIXTURE
  6. 1 SPOON MILK POWDER
  7. FOR GARNISH SILVERS
  8. GHEE FOR GREASING PLATE

Instructions

  1. IN PAN ADD MILK AND SUGAR AND COOK TILL 1 STRING CONSTANCY
  2. ADD MAVA , STRAWBERRY MIXTURE AND COCONUT
  3. COOK TILL IT BECOMES THICK
  4. NOW GREASE PLATE WITH GHEE
  5. SPREAD MIXTURE IN PLATE PROPERLY
  6. APPLY SILVERS
  7. KEEP IN FRIDGE TO SET FOR 30 MINUTES
  8. CUT AND SERVE
