ABOUT Aloo Patties RECIPE

Spicy and tangy tickling tastebuds, could be served high tea party or just for snacks or sidedish with high fatty non veg platter

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 medium sized potatoes boiled
  2. 3tbsp garlic paste 4-5 tbsp green chillies paste
  3. 1 tsp garam masala finely chopped corriander leaves
  4. 1 tsp ajwain
  5. 3 tbsp til( sesame seeds)
  6. 1 tsp dhania powder
  7. 3tbsp lemon juice or 1 tbsp aamchur powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Mash boiled potatoes not so smooth.
  2. Add all the masalas.
  3. Roll into medium sized ball.Press softly between palm flattening it.
  4. Heat non-stick pan. Pour oil and shallow fry Patties.
  5. Press flat lightly with laddle and flip sides.
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce. Also can be used as side dish for heavy non veg platter
