Ingredients to make Grill fish

  • 1 kg fish cleaned and pat dry (I used Sherry fish)..
  • 5 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Generous pinch of oregano
  • salt

How to make Grill fish

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make into paste adding water.
  2. Marinate fish with this masala.
  3. Refrigerate for 30min.
  4. Grill at stove top with a tbsp of olive oil.
  5. Serve with your favourite accompaniments.

My Tip:

I have served the grilled fish with wheat roti and meethi dal. It also goes well with pita bread and hummus.
