Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Salt Pinch
  5. Olive oil 1tbs
  6. Water to make pasta dough
  7. Cheese
  8. Spinach
  9. Frozen corn
  10. peas
  11. Pasta mix
  12. butter
  13. milk
  14. Tomato puree
  15. garlic
  16. Basel leaves

Instructions

  1. To make ravioli pasta- take a bowl add maida semolina egg salt olive oil n knead the dough. If it's too hard add some more water and knead the dough and rest it for half an hour.
  2. For ravioli filling - blanch the spinach, drain the water. Chop it finely and mix it with boiled corn and peas and grated cheese. Add salt, chilly flakes and pasta mix.
  3. White sauce recipe.- add butter to pan and let it melt. Add 2 tbs of maida and fry till it gives nice aroma. Then add cup of milk n keep stirring the mixture. As it thickens add grated cheese and after 2 mins switch off the flame. Add pinch of salt n pepper it's ready to use further.
  4. For red sauce, take a pan add butter and add finely chopped garlic. Fry till it turns brown. Add tomato puree mix it and saute it for 5 mins. Add pasta mix pepper and finely chopped basel boiled corn and peas.
  5. Ravioli pasta preparation. Take the rested dough and make thin sheets and cut it using cookie cutter. Place the ravioli filling using small spoon use the other sheet to close it. Repeat the same step. Then place all ravioli in boiling water with pinch of salt and few drops of olive oil. Once pasta floats drain them off.
  6. Last step is to mix the tomato sauce with white sauce and saute it for 2mins and place the ravioli directly from boiling water to sauce. It's ready to serve.
