Ingredients to make Mango panma cotta

  • mango layer-+
  • 1cup mango puree
  • One forth cup sugar
  • 2TBSP FRESH cream
  • 3tbsp water
  • 2tsp agar agar
  • coconut layer--
  • 1cup cream
  • Half cup coconut milk
  • One four cup sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 3tbsp water

How to make Mango panma cotta

  1. Make puree of mango
  2. Dissolve agar agar in water.
  3. Grease moulds
  4. Take a pan add mango puree, cream and sugar. Give two boil on slow flame.
  5. Then add agar agar in mango mix and stir. Heat only for one boil
  6. Pour this mix in greased moulds till half and keep in freeze for set.
  7. Now we will prepare our second coconut layer
  8. Pour cream coconut milk, sugar and vanilla in other pan and mix well.
  9. Boil same as mango layer. Then add agar agar water in it. Mix properly.
  10. Cool it. Remove mould from freeze and pour coconut mix in it. And keep in freeze for set.
  11. At the time of serving take some hot water and keep mould in it for few seconds. And denouldbit in serving dish.
  12. Garnish with chocolate sauce ,Choco chips and mint sprigs.

My Tip:

Webcan combime any other desired puree and make another combination.
