Ingredients to make Home made naan

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1/4tea spoon baking soda
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 table spoon curd
  • 2 boiled and finely mashed potatoes
  • Few chopped coriender leaves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 table spoon cooking oil
  • 1 table spoon butter

How to make Home made naan

  1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients except oil in a bg broad vessel and make a soft andL sticky dough with enough water approx 1/4 cup of water is needed for it
  2. Then add 1 table spoon of oil knead it again and put the dough in a greased bowl cover with moist kitchen cloth or wrap with cling film keep it for rest till ferment in warm place
  3. After 1 to 1/2 hours it will be ready to make nans Knead the dough little and make balls roll it to make like thick chapati then roast over tawa or in oven for 8 to 10 minutes per choice
  4. Spread butter serve with chole paneer salad or your choicest veg ..

My Tip:

Potatoes make the naan so soft so it 's a must ingredient
