Ingredients to make Thandai

  • 2glass milk
  • 5to 6 pieces soaked almonds
  • 2tsp soaked poppy seeds
  • Safforn strands
  • 2tsp pistachio powder
  • 1small cinnamon stick
  • 2tsp gulkand
  • 1/2tsp green cardamom powder
  • sugar as per taste

How to make Thandai

  1. Take a heavy bottam pan add milk and boil
  2. Add all ingredients into milk and stir and let it boil for 20 mintues
  3. Now blend the milk with blender and keep it into refrigerator for chiling
  4. Serve chilled garnish with pistachio powder
