  • 3 bread slice coarse powdered
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup +water
  • salt to taste
  • 2 green chilli finely chopped
  • 1to 2 onion finely chopped
  • Grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • Canned baked beans
  • Chutney powder
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp

How to make Bread appe(paddu) stuffed with cheese

  1. Method Take a bowl add coarse bread powder to this add rice flour curd salt jeera onion green chilli and coriander leaves add water and mix well to a smooth batter like idli batter.
  2. Keep aside for 10 minutes Heat the appe pan smear with little oil Fill the 12 cavity with batter then add spoonful of cheese again cover the cheese with more batter smear some oil cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. After 3 minutes flip the appe cover and cook for 2 more minutes or until done
  4. Serve hot with chutney powder and canned baked beans
  5. Yummy cheese appe is ready thank you happy cooking.
