    Jasmine Tea flavoured Tomato Soup

    Ingredients to make Jasmine Tea flavoured Tomato Soup

    • Tomato juice 1 ltr
    • Infused Jasmine tea 400ml
    • Ginger peeled 20gm
    • Green chili 5gm
    • Basil leaves 20gm
    • Salt 10 gm
    • Black pepper10 gm
    • Fried leeks 10 gm

    How to make Jasmine Tea flavoured Tomato Soup

    1. 1. In a sauce pan add tomato juice, ginger, green chili and boil for 5 mins and then simmer for 10 minutes.
    2. 2. In a separate pan boil the water and add the jasmine leaves for 10 mins for the release of flavors and then strain it.
    3. 3. Add basil leaves, jasmine tea, seasoning and boil for another 5 minutes and strain.
    4. 4. Cut the leeks into fine julienne and fry till crispy at 180 degree for 3 to 4 mins and then put on a tissue paper to blot the oil.
    5. 5. Steam the gyozas in a dim sum burner for 8 to 10 mins and than pan-fried them in a pan withc sesame oil for another 2 mins till the bottom gets crispy.
    6. 6. Put back the soup in a pot and add mushrooms in it.
    7. 7. Arrange hot gyozas in a soup bowl and pour the soup into the bowl. Garnish with ooba leaf and fried leeks.
