How to make Mixed Lentils Dosa

  1. Soak the mixed lentils for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  2. Drain the water and grind them adding some water.
  3. Adjust the consistency of the batter. It should be like dosa batter. Add salt and mix well.
  4. Heat a tawa. Add a ladleful of the batter and spread it outward from the middle to form a dosa. Drizzle oil/ghee in the edges and over the dosa and let it cook for 2-3 mins till crisp and golden.
  5. Flip over and cook for about 2 mins.
  6. Remove and serve as it is or with any chutney /dal/sambhar of your choice.
My Tip: You can add any lentils of your choice. You can add some spice to the batter. You can also add some rice flour while grinding the lentils or after grinding.
