Coconut Cream Rice Pudding

Ingredients to make Coconut Cream Rice Pudding

  • For rice - boiled rice 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Cream 4 tsp
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Sugar as needed
  • For cake - Cake mix - 1 box
  • 1 cup coconut
  • For custard- make custard as per instructions on the box
  • Caramel - Butter 5 tsp
  • Sugar 4 tsp
  • Seasonal fruits 1/4 cup
  • Apples (chopped)- 1/4

How to make Coconut Cream Rice Pudding

  1. Prepare the batter for the cake as per instructions in the box. Add 1 cup coconut to the batter and bake.
  2. Make custard according to the instructions on the pack. Cool it and add apples
  3. To make coconut rice, Take a pan, on it put 2 tsp butter then rice and then coconut milk. Add sugar and cream. Make it a little thick. Prepare caramel by taking sugar in a pan. Add 2 tsp of water and caramelise it. add butter. let it cool
  4. Take a serving bowl, Make layers. First rice, then custard. The third layer of cake and the last layer of caramel.
  5. Garnish with seasonal fruits and serve
My Tip: Mango chilli carimal sauce... In a hot pan take sugar 2 spn..2 spn water..let it caramelized add butter 3 spn..chilli flex 1 spn...and chopped mango 1.
