Ghee Dosa

Ingredients to make Ghee Dosa

  • White lentil(Urad dal)- 1 cup
  • Raw Rice - 3 cups
  • Parboiled rice - 1 tbsp
  • Chana dal - 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • ghee

How to make Ghee Dosa

  1. Wash and soak the rice and lentils overnight.
  2. Grind to a smooth batter. Add salt while grinding. Ferment the batter overnight.
  3. Heat a tawa. Add ghee. Pour a ladle full of batter and spread in circular motion on a low flame.
  4. Once the dosa is almost cooked drizzle a few drops of ghee over the sides of the dosa.
  5. Serve hot with chutney.
