Blueberry And Rose Balls

Ingredients to make Blueberry And Rose Balls

  • 2 cup desiccated coconut + 1/2 cup more
  • 1 cup grated paneer
  • 1 cup Icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Few drops rose essence & red food colour
  • Few drops of blueberry essence & blue food colour
  • Papercup as required.

How to make Blueberry And Rose Balls

  1. Mix coconut powder, paneer, icing sugar very well. Now add cream carefully, the mixture should not become too much sticky.
  2. Now divide into 2 parts. Add Rose colour + essence in one part and add blueberry colour+essence in another part.
  3. Make medium sized balls from both parts. Now take dry coconut powder and divide into 2 parts and add rose in one part & add blueberry in the other part. Now roll the rose balls in pink coloured coconut powder and roll the blueberry balls in the blue coloured coconut powder.
  4. Set in paper cup. Serve

My Tip:

You can use 1 cup condensed milk instead of sugar and cream.
