Blueberry Milk Pudding

Ingredients to make Blueberry Milk Pudding

  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon blueberry emulsion
  • For blueberry cream
  • 4 tablespoon whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon blueberry emulsion
  • For decoration
  • 1 tablespoon dryfruits
  • 4 pink chocolate balls
  • 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios

How to make Blueberry Milk Pudding

  1. In a saucepan, add milk, sugar, corn flour and mix well.
  2. Turn on the flame, add emulsion and mix continuously.
  3. Cook on low flame until milk is thickened and set aside.
  4. For cream:
  5. In cream, add emulsion beat for 5 minutes and set aside.
  6. Assembling:
  7. In serving bowl, add dry fruits, pour blueberry cream and milk pudding, garnish with pink balls and pistachios. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  8. Your blueberry milk pudding is ready now. Enjoy.
