Milky Bread Badam Icecream

Ingredients to make Milky Bread Badam Icecream

  • 1/2 litre fresh milk
  • 2 bread slices
  • 2 tbsp badam powder
  • 6-7 tbsp sugar (around 50g)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp crushed badam (for garnish)

How to make Milky Bread Badam Icecream

  1. Take bread slices in a mixer jar and make a fine powder
  2. Add sugar into the milk and boil it in medium flame until sugar dissolves
  3. Add Bread powder, Badam powder in the milk and stir continuously for 10-12 mins.
  4. Turn off the flame then mix cardamon powder and keep it aside to cool down to room temperature
  5. Blend the mixture
  6. Pour the mixture into a container
  7. Top with crushed Badam
  8. Cover with lid or use aluminum foil, freeze them for 5-6 hours or till it sets
  9. Milky Bread Badam Icecream is ready to be enjoyed

My Tip:

Can use condensed milk instead of sugar
