Ingredients to make Pineapple Milkcake With Strawberry Filling

  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 2/3 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/3 cup milkmaid
  • 3-4 Tbsp milk
  • 1 Tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 drop of yellow gel color
  • 1 slice of tinned pineapple chopped
  • 1/4 cup strawberry crush
  • 1 tsp corn flour dissolved in 1/4 cup water

How to make Pineapple Milkcake With Strawberry Filling

  1. Heat ghee in a pan . Add paneer, milkmaid, milk powder and milk in it and cook every thing together for 6-8 minutes. Keep stirring while cooking
  2. When mixture leaves the sides of pan and everything comes together, switch the off flame and keep it for cooling down.
  3. When the mixture has cooled down add chopped Pineapple pieces and a drop of yellow color and mix well.
  4. For making strawberry filling take strawberry crush in a pan , heat a little then add dissolved corn flour mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. For assembling, grease a round shape Cookie cutter. make a layer of pineapple milk cake then add a layer of strawberry sauce refrigerate for 10 minutes then again arrange a layer of pineapple cake.
  6. Garnish with fresh pineapple pieces and strawberries.

Serve with Strawberry sauce
