Vegetable Burger

Ingredients to make Vegetable Burger

  • 1 cup cooked vegetable(french beans. carrot, beet root)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp red Mirch powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp aamchur powder
  • 1 cup besan batter
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • For burger - 2 burger buns
  • 2 patties
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 onion sliced
  • cabbage leaves, tooth pick and cherry for garnishing

How to make Vegetable Burger

  1. For patties- Mix all ingredients well except dry bread crumbs and make round big balls of it. Now dip the balls into the batter and sprinkle dry bread crumbs on it and press it lightly to give round shape. Deep fry it in oil until it becomes golden brown. Keep it aside.
  2. For burger - Make 2 halves of the burger bun. Spread mayonnaise on one side and tomato ketchup on the upper side of the bun. On the mayonnaise put the patties. Put cheese slice on it.Now arrange onion ring and cabbage leaves.
  3. Cover it with another half piece of bun. Now slightly press the bun. Insert a toothpick to hold all together.Garnish it with a tooth pick and cherry. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
  4. Serve
