Ingredients to make Suji Ka Kranchi Style Halwa

  • 1 cup suji (rawa)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits of your choice

How to make Suji Ka Kranchi Style Halwa

  1. heat oil in a pan and add sugar in it.let it caramelise on low flame. Stir continuously.
  2. When it changes the colour and looks like caramel, Switch off the gas.
  3. First, soak suji in 1/2 cup water and keep aside.
  4. Add soaked semolina in caramelised sugar slowly and mix it properly.
  5. Make sure that there are no lumps
  6. Turn on the gas and cook it for 2 minutes. Add dry fruits. Switch off the gas.
  7. Serve hot.
My Tip: Add suji in caramelised sugar very slowly because the temperature of caramelised sugar is very high.

It is the worst dish that I had made throughout my life. Matlab who caramalises sugar in ghee that too with the same quantity. This is even the worst dish which I have seen on this app.I have made many things using this app but this turned out to be the worst.
