Ingredients to make Black And White Milo Mousse

  • Amul cream -1 small pack
  • Milo-1/4 cup
  • Condensed milk-1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 2 drops
  • Almond slivers 4 tbsp (for garnishing)
  • Pista slivers 2 tbsp (for layering)
  • Chocolate biscuits 2

How to make Black And White Milo Mousse

  1. Beat the cream well with condensed milk and vanilla essence
  2. Divide the beaten cream into two sections
  3. Add Milo to one portion of cream and beat again without any lumps
  4. Setting the dessert - First, add crumbled chocolate cookies as a base
  5. Then add White cream to that and set it in freezer for a while
  6. Arrange some pistachio slivers above that
  7. Finally add/pipe the Milo cream as top of the layer
  8. Garnish with cookie crumbs and Almond slivers
  9. Set it in the Fridge for 30 mins
  10. Serve
