Ingredients to make Magas

  • 1 cup coarse chickpea flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup ghee
  • 1 tsp ilayachi powder
  • Some crushed nuts

How to make Magas

  1. Take a pan, add ghee
  2. Heat ghee then add flour
  3. Saute till light brown in colour
  4. Cool down at room temperature
  5. Add powdered sugar
  6. Set in a greased plate
  7. Sprinkle ilayachi powder and crushed nuts.
  8. Set atleast for 3 hours
  9. Cut into desired shape
  10. Serve
