Sunny Egg Chilla

Ingredients to make Sunny Egg Chilla

  • maida 1/2 cup
  • Chopped veggies 2 tbsp
  • onion 1
  • capsicum 1
  • corn kernels 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

How to make Sunny Egg Chilla

  1. Mix veggies, onion, capsicum and corn in maida
  2. Add salt pepper and spices
  3. Make a nice thick batter
  4. Now heat a tava. Add 1 tsp oil
  5. Then 2 spn of maida batter
  6. Spread it on tava
  7. Cook both the sides till brown
  8. Now for sunny egg -
  9. Take the same tava add 1 spn oil. Break an egg. Sprinkle salt and pepper
  10. Now cover the egg and cook on low heat
  11. After 30 seconds it will cook
  12. Then put the egg into the chilla
  13. Spread sauce
  14. Serve the chilla with salad and mint leaves

My Tip:

Instead of egg, we can use paneer and mutter mixer. You may add your fillings as well
