Ingredients to make Egg Roll

  • Pre cooked roti or paratha 2
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder
  • Capsicum 1
  • Onion 1
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce
  • oil

How to make Egg Roll

  1. Heat tava. Place a roti on it.
  2. Break the eggs and whisk with salt and pepper
  3. Add the egg mix on the roti and flip both sides
