Ingredients to make Kesari peda

  • 1 cup homemade khoya
  • 1/4 cup pwdr sugar
  • 1/2tsp cardamom pwdr
  • Milk 2 tsp
  • Saffron strands 25 to 30
  • Badam sliced for garnishing

How to make Kesari peda

  1. Soasked saffron strands in lukewarm milk
  2. Dry Roast khoya for few mins , when khoya turn melt add saffron and mix properly
  3. Let cool down khoya for 5 to 7 mins
  4. Now add pwdr sugar , cardamom pwdr and mix in khoya
  5. When all ingredients are properly mix
  6. Then make all pedas
  7. Decorate with some chopped almonds
My Tip: If ur peda mixture is very thin dont worry about it, set in fridge for few mins then make all pedas..
