Ingredients to make Kesari Peda

  • 1 cup homemade khoya
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Milk 2 tsp
  • Saffron strands 25 to 30
  • Badam sliced for garnishing

How to make Kesari Peda

  1. Soak saffron strands in lukewarm milk
  2. Dry Roast khoya for a few mins, when khoya melts add saffron and mix properly
  3. Let it cool down
  4. Now add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix in khoya
  5. Mix all the ingredients and make pedas.
  6. Decorate with some chopped almonds

My Tip:

If your peda mixture is very thin don't worry about it, set in the fridge for a few mins then make all pedas.
