Tangy sweet jelly delight

Ingredients to make Tangy sweet jelly delight

  • Orange jelly pack....1
  • Milk....2 cup
  • Sugar....4 tsp
  • Vanilla custard powder...2 tsp( dissolved in 3 tsp milk)
  • Fresh oranges
  • Fresh grapes

How to make Tangy sweet jelly delight

  1. 1) Make jelly by dissolving in 1/2 litre boiling water.
  2. 2) Now pour in serving glasses. Fill half of the glass. Keep in fridge for 10 Minutes to set.
  3. 3) Take heavy bottomed pan . Add milk and boil. Now add custard slurry and sugar and mix continuously so that lumps are not formed. Cook till it thickens.
  4. 4) Now the glass kept in fridge and pour this above jelly. Again keep in fridge for 10 minutes to get it set.
  5. 5) At the time of serving garnish with oranges and grapes.
My Tip: Custard milk should be thick and not watery.
