Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken Lollipops - 5-6
  2. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  3. Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  4. Crushed black pepper - 1 tsp
  5. Chilli- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped Spring onion - 1 tbsp
  7. Cornflour - 1 cup Flour - 1/2 cup
  8. Red chilli powder (Kashmiri) -1 tsp
  9. For the Sauce:
  10. Finely chopped onion - 1/2 cup
  11. Finely chopped spring onion - 1/2 cup
  12. Finely chopped garlic and ginger - 2-3 tbsp each
  13. Finely chopped coriander and green chillies - 1/2 cup
  14. Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
  15. Chilli garlic paste - 1-2 tbsp
  16. Soya sauce & Vinegar - 1 tbsp each
  17. Oil sugar black pepper and salt as needed

Instructions

  1. Marinade the lollipops with lemon juice, crushed black pepper,s alt, chilli-garlic paste,ginger- garlic paste and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl mix flour,cornflour,salt,chilli-garlic paste and make a thick mixture with the help of water. Heat oil for deep frying.
  3. Coat the lollipops with the flour mixture and fry them in medium heat till lollipop cooked properly and golden brown .Keep aside.
  4. Take pan heat some oil add ginger and garlic, onion and coriander mixture.
  5. Saute it till the raw smell gone then add sauce, chilli garlic paste salt,sugar,pepper powder cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. Add fried lollipops and spring onions mix it well cook for some minutes. Serve hot.
