Banana Quiche

Ingredients to make Banana Quiche

  • Raw banana sliced 1
  • Veggies(bell peppers,red yellow n green)
  • Spinach small bubch
  • Mushroom 1 pckt
  • Eggs 3(for eggless use 1 cup hung curd mixed with milk)
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream 5 to 6 tbsp
  • Cheese to spread

How to make Banana Quiche

  1. FOR BANANA
  2. Take the banana and cut slices,marinate it with tikka masala and shallow fry till golden on both sides
  3. Stir fry the peppers with garlic and salt and pepper
  4. Stir fry the spinach
  5. Stir fry mushrooms
  6. Now take the eggs add cream and milk and mix well
  7. Add 1 tsp tikka masala
  8. To this add the stirfried bananas,spinach & peppers
  9. Take a spring pan lined with butter paper
  10. Add the mix and bake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 mins
  11. When last 5 mins are left ,spread the cheese and bake
  12. Remove from the spring pan
  13. Let it rest till warm
  14. Cut & serve
  15. Tikka masala gives a yummy taste.I used shaan tikka masala
  16. STIR FRY
  17. Take little olive oil add garlic and when the garlic turns golden add the veggies and cover.
  18. Do not over cook or add water
  19. Instead of banana yiu can use chicken ,paneer as well

My Tip:

If the batter feels runny add little bread crumbs.I added cheese in the batter as well.Didnt use breadcrumbs
