Ingredients to make Mini Suji Cheese uttapam

  • Suji 2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • water as needed
  • Salt pepper as per taste
  • baking soda 1/4 tsp
  • haldi pinch off (optional)
  • Chopped veggies (onions,tomato, shimla mirch etc)
  • Grated cheese 2 cubes
  • salt pepper to taste
  • tomato catchup 2 tsp

How to make Mini Suji Cheese uttapam

  1. Mix suji, salt, pepper, curd, haldi n water. Make a thick batter. Keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. In between mix chopped veggies, salt pepper n catchup.
  3. After 10 mins heat up a nonstick tawa. Add baking soda to suji batter n mix well.
  4. Make mini uttapam using 1 tblspn batter. U can make 3-4 mini uttapam at a time.
  5. Add 1 tsp veggies n simmer the gas. Cover the uttapam with a thali or lid for 2 mins.
  6. After 2 mins flip the uttapam and sprinkle little oil n cook from from both sides.
  7. Add grated cheese on veggies. N serve hot.
