Ingredients to make Raw Banana and Coconut Kadhai Fry

  • Raw banana - 1
  • Grated coconut - 2-3 tablespoon
  • Green chilies - 2
  • Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoon
  • Garlic cloves - 3
  • Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - 10
  • Red chilies - 2

How to make Raw Banana and Coconut Kadhai Fry

  1. Boil the raw banana.
  2. Chop the banana into small squares.
  3. Grind grated coconut, cumin, garlic and green chilies.
  4. Make it as a coarse paste.
  5. In kadhai add oil, mustard seeds and urad dal.
  6. As it crackled, add red chilies and curry leaves.
  7. Then add raw banana, turmeric powder and mix it.
  8. Now add the pastes, a little water and salt. Mix it well.
  9. Now let it dry. Finally, add hing. Now it is ready to serve
My Tip: You can use any cooking oil as your wish. Don't forget to add hing to avoid the gastric problem.
