  • 2 Raw bananas
  • salt per taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1/2 cup

How to make Indian Banana Fries

  1. First take raw bananas, peel of the skin and cut them as fries shape.
  2. Next take a vessel and semi boil the pieces add pinch of salt.
  3. After semi boiling, dry them on a cloth.
  4. After drying them, put a pan, heat oil and fry them until they change into golden red.
  5. Finally add salt and red chilli powder. Yummy fries are ready. Serve them with raita or sauce.
