Banana Pudding Souffle

Ingredients to make Banana Pudding Souffle

  • Banana 3 to 4 (ripe)
  • Vanilla wafers 30 to 40.
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Full fat milk 2 cups
  • Eggs 4
  • corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • A pinch of salt.

How to make Banana Pudding Souffle

  1. Separate 3 egg whites and yolks
  2. Take 3 yolks and one full egg. Add half cup sugar. Mix well add 1/2 tsp salt. Stir in milk and cook stirring till you get thick paste.
  3. Chop banana lengthwise, make 3 to 4 pieces ( total 6 to 8) depending upon size of Banana.
  4. Grease an oven proof pan. Make a thin layer of batter. Spread vanilla wafers to make a layer.
  5. Now spread a layer of Banana.
  6. Make again a layer of batter.
  7. Like this make one more layer till batter finishes. The last layer should be of batter.
  8. Take remaining 3 egg whites and blend them with a pinch of salt on low speed.
  9. Gradually add remaining 1/4 Cup of sugar and blend soft.
  10. Make a layer on the prepared batter Banana mix.
  11. Spread evenly and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 7 to 8 minutes.
  12. Check the upper egg white layer, if you feel can bake for 3 to 4 minutes more.
  13. Let it cool. Refrigerate and serve cold.
My Tip: If your baking tray is big you may require extra egg yolk, milk, sugar, flour mixture. Or you can make less layers.
