Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Thin pohe (beaten rice) 250gms grated coconut fresh green
  2. Chillies 3 pcs coriander leaves saltsugar
  3. curry leaves mustered seeds and oil 1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the pohe. And drain immediate and keep a side. In grinder make a paste of coconut+green chilies and lil corriander . Mix well the wet pohe with this paste n keep aside for 10 minutes . In small pan heat the 1/2 tbl spoon oil and add 1
  2. Spoon mustered seeds, pinch of hing and curry leaves. Switch off the stove and pour this tadka on pohe and mixwell and add sugar and salt. serve with dahi or buttermilk. With sprinkling the remaining corriander.
