Ingredients to make Cake balls

  • Leftover cake/cookies crumbled or crushed
  • Ganache made of 1 part cream and 2 parts chocolate
  • Any other additives like nuts butterscotch bits or candy
  • dessicated coconut
  • Sprinklers

How to make Cake balls

  1. Mix the ganache into the crushed cookie/cake, add a little initially as very little is needed to make these balls.
  2. Add the additives, see if you are able to make the balls, if too dry add more ganache, if too greasy add more crushed cake/cookies.
  3. Make balls. Let them chill a bit in the fridge, say about 5-6 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl take the coconut and in another one take the sprinklers.
  5. First roll half of the ball in coconut then roll the other half in sprinklers.
  6. Put them in paper cups and refrigerate for an hour

Kids love it so make some extra.
