- Brown sugar / Jaggery - 1/4 cup
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Seedless Dates - 10 (Finely chopped)
- Rock sugar - 1 tbsp
- Edible camphor - a mustard size
- Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Raisins - 1 tbsp
How to make Panchamritham
My Tip:Always use very ripe bananas for this recipe. You can also add the fruits like apple, grapes, oranges etc .This mixed fruit panchamritham is offered only in lord vishnu temple. You can skip edible camphor too but it gives authentic smell and taste.
