Ingredients to make Banana gulgula

  • over ripe banana 2
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • Sugar grounded 1/2cup
  • Cinnamon/ ilaychi powder 2pinches
  • Kishmish 1tablespoon
  • Nariyal chopped 1tablespoon
  • Water to make paste
  • oil to fry
  • Fennel seed 1tsp

How to make Banana gulgula

  1. Peel and mash the banana
  2. Take a bowl add aata, mashed banana and ingredients mix well
  3. Mix water slowly and make a thick batter not so flowy keep for rest for 15 min.
  4. Now heat the oil and put some batter with the help of spoon like bari and fry them in medium flame
  5. When it become golden brown, drain it out on kitchen towel
  6. Serve immediately
My Tip: Use over ripe banana
