  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water as required

How to make Phulka

  1. Take wheat flour salt and oil, Knead a soft pliable dough by adding water little by little
  2. roll thin chapati using rolling pin transfer phulka into medium hot skillet.
  3. flip phulka within few seconds
  4. again flip phulka upsidedown and put on direct flame. It will puff up
  5. Immediately remove from flame
  6. keep aside
My Tip: Soft dough gives soft phulkas. You can use rack to get the phulka puff up and cook.
