Bhindi Sabzi

Ingredients to make Bhindi Sabzi

  • Bhindi/okra 250 grams
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Haldi powder half tsp
  • Dhania powder 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Jeera half tsp

How to make Bhindi Sabzi

  1. put oil in pan and add jeera
  2. now add Bhindi to this
  3. saute
  4. add tomato and capsicum
  5. saute
  6. saute ,add little water
  7. cover the lid and cook for 5-7minutes
  8. add two three drops of lemon juice
  9. bhindi sabzi is ready
  10. remove it in bowl

My Tip:

We can add sliced onions too in this Sabzi
