Malai rava toast

Ingredients to make Malai rava toast

  • 8 bread slices
  • 3 tablespoon rava
  • 2 tablespoon malai
  • 1 tablespoon curd
  • 1 medioum onion finely chopped
  • 1 mediom tomato finely chopped
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon chopped shimla mirch
  • 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
  • Salt as required
  • oil for fryig toast

How to make Malai rava toast

  1. add the rava malai curd salt and cumin seeds in a bowl mix and keep aside 10 mins
  2. after 10 mins mix chopped onion tomato green chilli shimala mirch
  3. heat a frying pan, on a hot pan 1/2 tsp oil for each bread
  4. slice the toast into triangular or rectangular pieces
  5. On the bread slices spread the rava mixture evenly with a spoon
  6. place the filling side down and cook it till the onion tomatoes are lightly browned
  7. turn over and toast the bread on the other side. You can flipped or tried and Cook more if required
  8. rava toast is ready for Serve.
  9. Serve the rava toast green chutney or tomato ketchup.
My Tip: you can just add chat masala and chilli powder
