  • Salt

  1. Chop All veggies
  2. Put it in the cooker
  3. Add stock + water
  4. Add cinnamon black papper and bay leaf
  5. Two whistles
  6. Strain and reserve water
  7. Puree/Grind Veggies
  8. Now if you want fiber then dont strain otherwise strain
  9. Check salt add sugar
  10. Adjust the consistency
  11. Add dry herbs
  12. One boil
My Tip: You can use chicken stock it is your choice
