Ingredients to make Money bags

  • 1pack maggi
  • 1/2 cup Maida
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow food colour few drops mixed with water to knead the dough
  • oil 1tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 3tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano 1/4 tsp
  • American corn 2tbsp
  • Chopped Capsicum 1tbsp
  • oil to fry

How to make Money bags

  1. First of all add salt, oil in maida and knead a tight dough with coloured water and keep in fridge for 15 minutes
  2. Boil a cup of water and mix maggi noodles cover it and keep it aside
  3. Take out the noodles and wash in cold water and drain the water
  4. Keep 10 noodles strands aside and add mayonnaise, chilli flakes, oregano, tastemaker, and vegetables in the rest of the noodles mix it well
  5. Take out the dough and make very small and thin chapati keep a spoonful of stuffing in the centre
  6. Give a bag like shape by collecting the ends together
  7. Tie a noodles strand around it
  8. Prepare all bags like this
  9. Fry golden brown in medium hot oil
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce
My Tip: Drain the noodles completely
