Ingredients to make Maggi Peri peri Chopsuey

  • 1 packet Peri Peri Maggi
  • 1 egg
  • One spring onion
  • Salt to taste (optional)

How to make Maggi Peri peri Chopsuey

  1. Put the water to boil with Tastemaker of Peri Peri Maggi
  2. Open up the maggi in a plate
  3. Add to boiling water and cook 2 minutes
  4. Add sum chopped spring onion and cook 2-3minutes
  5. Now break the egg on this almost cooked maggi and let it Set
  6. See that maggi is done as you break the egg
  7. Put off flame as egg white starts setting
  8. Serve with bread or as it is for a breakfast meal
My Tip: Can add cheese topping too, freshly done tasty.
