Ingredients to make Peri Peri Maggi Chicken Tikka Talumein

  • Ingredients for soup
  • Peri peri Maggi 2 packets
  • Diced Carrot 1
  • Spring onions 2 sprigs
  • Diced cabbage 20 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper according to taste
  • Chicken stock 400 ml
  • Ingredients for Chicken Tikka
  • Chicken cubes 250 grams
  • Deghi Mirch powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Curd 4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper according to taste

How to make Peri Peri Maggi Chicken Tikka Talumein

  1. Marinate the chicken cubes with the ingredients and keep aside for 10 minutes
  2. Take a pan and put chicken stock to boil along with the vegetables excluding spring onion for seven minutes or till slightly done.
  3. In the meantime shallow fry the marinated chicken tikka in a frying pan till done.
  4. Empty the contents of the maggi packet excluding the spice mix in the chicken stock with vegetables and let it boil for two minutes.
  5. Add the maggi spice mix, black pepper and salt according to taste.
  6. Pour the soup in the bowl and top it up with chicken tikka as in the picture
  7. Your healthy peri peri maggi chicken tikka talumein is ready.
  8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve it
My Tip: Store brought peri peri powder can be added.Left over tandoori chicken, deboned is a good substitute for tikka.
