Maggi Parantha

Ingredients to make Maggi Parantha

  • Maggi masala - 1 packet
  • Whole wheat flour - 2 bowls
  • Amul butter 1/4 cup at room temperature
  • water for kneading the dough

How to make Maggi Parantha

  1. Take one and half cup of water and pour in a pan
  2. Let it boil on medium flame
  3. Add maggi masala in it and mix well
  4. Add maggi noodles in it
  5. Let it be cooked for 5-7 minutes
  6. When all the water is soaked then turn off the flame
  7. Cover the pan with a lid and keep aside
  8. Now knead the dough for Chapati
  9. Keep it aside for 5 minutes
  10. Make a chapati with a dough ball
  11. Make another chapati but this chapati should be smaller in size than the previous one
  12. Take the first chapati
  13. Spread the butter on it with a spoon
  14. Put a layer of maggi on it
  15. Cover it with smaller chapati
  16. Fold the outer sides over another
  17. Lock them with the help of folk by pressing the corners
  18. Place the non stick tawa on gas
  19. When its hot, place the double layered parantha on it
  20. Let it be cooked from both sides
  21. Pour some butter on it and let it be cooked
  22. When its cooked well from both sides
  23. Put the gas off.
  24. Cut it in four pieces
  25. Serve with ketchup and coriander chutney.
