Ingredients to make Kesari sewaiyaan

  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Vermicelli 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Milkmaid 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits as required
  • Ghee 2 Tbsp
  • Saffron few strands

How to make Kesari sewaiyaan

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add vermicelli fry till it becomes golden brown.
  2. Add milk, Saffron, milkmaid, and sugar
  3. When it begins to boil add dry fruits. And cook until it thickens.
  4. Serve hot or chilled
My Tip: If you want it thick then you can add more dry fruits and cook for more minutes.
