Easy Maggi Samosa

Ingredients to make Easy Maggi Samosa

  • For stuffing:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 small packet maggi
  • 1 glass water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 pack Maggi masala
  • Other Ingredients:
  • Ready made Samosa Strips
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour slurry

How to make Easy Maggi Samosa

  2. In a medium sizes saucepan, add oil and all other ingredients and let it be cooked for 8-10 mins or until maggi noodles are cooked.
  3. Let it be cooled down at room temperature and keep aside.

  5. Now take one samosa strip, and fold it twice and fill the stuffing and again tri-fold it to make triangle, sill all the edges with all purpose flour slurry.
